2026 Fall Session
September 16 - November 18
Once a week on Wednesdays
Potters Market Farms - 6815 Potter Rd., Matthews
Doodlebug's Fall Wellness Season is a nature and play-based program designed to help children build strong physical, mental, and emotional health. We'll guide kids—and their caregivers—through super fun activities that foster gratitude, mindfulness, connection to nature, and emotional regulation...plus provide plenty of unstructured exploration time.
The season is designed to help kids grow in body, mind, and heart:
Feeling Centered: Focuses on the benefits of healthy outdoor time, connecting to the earth, moving bodies, and practicing mindful breathing techniques.
Taking Leaps: Explores healthy risk-taking, embracing change, and learning to manage both successes and challenges.
Strong Connections: Highlights the power of gratitude and building solid relationships with family, friends, community, and the planet.

Animals, nature, and the changing autumn landscape are at the core of each class. We'll sing, move our bodies, and complete lessons that include animal-inspired yoga, sign language, and so much more. And of course there will be TONS of silly & creative fun to be had along the way.
